If you miss an examination, contact your instructor immediately.

Exam 2 (Chapters 7 and 8) 100 points

Exam 4 (Chapters 10, and 12) 100 points
Final Exam (NO FINAL in summer) 100 points

Grades:
Course letter grades will be based solely on the percentage of points earned compared to total points offered. The following scale will be used to convert your final percentage score to a course letter grade.
A = 90% and above
B= 80% to 89%
C= 70% to 79%
D= 60% to 69%
F= Below 60%
Grades will not be rounded up (89% is a B).
There are no extra credit assignments.
Attendance:
Attendance is required for each class meeting. If you must miss a unit test for an urgent matter, please notify your instructor and plan to make up the missed exam on the same night as the next unit test. The final exam and quizzes cannot be made up. Please plan accordingly.
Incompletes:
Incomplete grades will only be given if you miss the final exam due to a medically excused absence or to attend the funeral of an immediate family member. Family, work, and personal issues are generally not grounds for granting an incomplete grade.
